Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked my domain & web space www.magiccmirror.com thru my web designer Ms. Devanshi Rao of M/s. Encoree (Powai, Mumbai) in 2008. They had booked thru Mr. Sandip Modi of M/s Jayesh Infotech (Dadar, Mumbai). After arounf a year some problem arised due to some payments issues with Jayesh Infotech & Encoree & my website operations were effected. At that time on request to Jayesh Infotech I made my payments directly to them so that my website work would not be effected & since last 3 years we are paying them regularly without fail.
Now as I want to change my Vendor & domain to other server Mr. Sandip of Jayesh Infotech is not giving me the required details as he has some payment issues with Encoree, which is none of my concern. Due to this my matter cannot be uploaded on the site & I am losing lot of monies.
I have been regularly following with both of them since last 2 months thri mails, sms & BBM messages but till today no avail. This is the latest email what we did, which is as below :-
Dear sandipbhai
I still don't understand why you are troubling me even after I have paid the dues of my domain to ur company
I once again would like to inform u as even cleared in the past that devanshi and myself are different identies and I have no concern regarding ur dues
Your behaviour is very unprofessional
Both of you need ti pay me the loss I incurred to the tune of rs. One lac each
I shall send my bills across to both of you thru my accounting department
I don't require sympathies from both of you as your personal rivalries or disputes is effecting me
Shall do whatever required from my end in the said matter
Also the dues mentioned by you is no way connected to my company.

I attached again copy of your Last unpaid Bills .and whatever minimum interest of 2 year add and make payment as early as possible.
Please don’t take it any thing personal. I am also answerable to our company. and because of this payment me and mehulbhai suffered a lot.
I will come on 29th .after that you can come any time to my office if u would like to meet.. and also if you prepared payment than I will inform my office boy to collect it
Tomorrow. and admin will release immediately details to your client. please do needful urgently. Mr.mehulbhai is calling me directly.
Last year also he requested not stop his site and told you will send payment of past due.. and we renewed that 1 domain . we haven’t received yet any amount.
Please do needful urgently…
