Since a year have been registering complaints of not receiving my phone bills at my resenditial address, till today they havent changed my address in the data base despite their changing my instrument box and my connection at my new address.
secondly my phoneis not workingsince past 6 mnths... still i m paying my regular bills and they did othng bout correcting my line. but today they add late fees to my billing cycle and have disconnected my services on the basis of thier sysytem..where as everday their customer care [peolple call saying ur complaint wud b resolved... its beeen A YEAR nothng is done..
really BAD WORST service provider is AIRTEL...
