I am presently living at Australia along with my daughter. I usually pay all bills including TNEB bill telephone bill via on line. The TNEB site is very bad and it is time for me to settle my Eb bill and whenever I tried to log on i am unable to do it and it states Bad Credentials/Inactive Account? I already sent my bill with same user id and password on 17/12 and was accepted. I do not know why it is not working now. If I tried to use forgot password link the submit button is also not working. I wanted to create a new mail id for the same service number that is also not working. I sent a detailed mail to [email protected] 3rd April but there is no response. I feel the TNEB site is very poor and response from TNEB is also poor regarding online payment. Kindly set right this issue so that I can pay my bill through on line.
