Problems in working of internet

actually my internet and my telephone is not working well from the date of 21 feb to 19.march.2012. After that also my problem is not solved fully... and i am not getting any kind of good help from airtel and i am not satisfied with your repair men...

i need a complete waiver from ur company for the inconviniece that i faced in the month of feb...

and if u r not willing to give me the waiver plz disconnect my connection...
