Ebay has not delivered promotionjal gift

I have purchased *Like New* Original Apple iPhone 3G (8GB)

iOS 4.2.1 - opens in a new window or tab

(300539225864) - Price: Rs. 14, 500.00. This was at time of ebay

birthday and I was suppoeed to get gift from ebay on this item, it states that I will be

getting 320GB usb HDD as a gift.

I got my cell phone but still I have not recevied HDD.

This is a story of long back of April. After continuous followup on chat and on Call also I havent still get my Promotional Gift.

So please look into this
