I had done shopping in feb and bought a mobile phone. at that time there was a promotional scheme by which i had been given a pen-drive free of cost. After one month i made an complaint they told me to wait for 45 days after the date of shopping. After 60 days i made another complaint but they just say that we are looking for issue.
And till now they had not delivered it.
