I purchased a perfume from fashionandyou.com and instead of sending me the women's perfume they have now despatched me the men's version. It was a gift for my sister and it ruined it entirely...
Now since i didnot call them in 3 days (i called after a week) because the gift was opened then... they are syaing their policy pertains them to return a purchase within 3 days...
1) Wrong order sent would mean that they need to replace it any time
2) There was no call made to me or any other information which was passed to me in detail that the return policy is 3 days.
How am i as a consumer supposed to understand that 3 days is the limit.
request your help to take care of the issue
