out of which i paid Rs 829 in cash and rest was the gift coupon.
The company has deliberately delivered the faulty product as the parcel send by the company contains a letter that was from some other customer stating that the product is faulty. This means that the company has send me the product that has been returned by some other customer which is faulty. I paid for the new product not for the second hand hand or the faulty one. When I asked the company to pick up the product back, they are asking me to initiate the action and have given me time of 10 days to return or otherwise they won't take the product back. And also that as per the company policies, my money that I paid in cash, will be returned only in the form of credit points, which means I'll be bonded to make the purchases even if I don't wish to do after such wrong doing by the company.
Please interfere and kindly get it resolved.
