Voucher can't be reedem

I have purchased coupons from dealsandyou.com which I can reedem on fashionandyou.com worth of 2500 rs.

Now on fashionandyou.com I am not able to find any place where I can reedem this coupons. Customer support is horrible, not picking phone till 20 mins. Mails no reply. Once I got chance to connect through call and that guy told me its a technical fault and call back but still no call. Today again I call and same answer, will call back.

Please help me to get my money back.

This is day robbery. I never thought this kind of worst service in my dreams.

I don't know why this kind of people are in business.
