I ordered with Fashnvia using discount coupon purchased from Koovs site in first week of May.
Till now I have not received my order, nor any refunds for the amount paid to Fashnvia neither amount paid to Koovs. Phone numbers of Fashnvia is never working. Koovs telephone number is also no reply or busy.
Fashnvia is not replying for emails as well.
Koovs has to make me another refund since last 3 weeks as well of balgopal voucher which was sold and when I tried to use, balgopal people accused me of misusing the coupon without any reason!! All the 3 sites are invloved in cheating customers
They just trick you to get your money and make false promises of giving refunds.
Never never buy from Fashnvia, Koovs and Bal Gopal besides bagittoday which is another fraud site.
