I am writing this complaint against Ferns and Petals. We ordered a cake for my father through their website. The same was to be delivered the enxt day. However, even till 8: 30 pm in the evening the cake was not delivered. The customer care executives were unprofessional and didnt provide any proper feedback about the same. They kept delaying the matter by one hour each time we called and finally at 8pm we got a reply " The delivery boy is stuck in traffic". I wonder if we can take any action against such instances because the tension caused and the emotional trauma at times is difficult to handle.
