Order No 700944828 was placed on 1st February. This delivery was to consist of a flower arrangement comprising of 15 blue roses, 5 carnations with 5 glads. Delivery was to take place on 10th February on account of my father- in-laws birthday.
As the order had been placed well in advance (i.e 9 days before the delivery date) it was assured that the delivery will take place at 10am in the morning. However, on 10th February at 1:45pm in the afternoon was informed by the representative that the delivery of the order cannot be made as the selected flowers were not available. Instead, was told that the bouquet would be delivered using some different kinds of flowers. Placed several calls after that to talk to the senior most officer from the company, but either my call was placed on hold or was disconnected from their end.
Customers invest their time and money to ensure that such occasions turn out to be the most memorable day in their families or friends life and hence make endeavors to select the best options available. Such un-professionalism, where firstly delivery is not made on time and then ignoring their customer by not answering his/her calls, especially from a renowned brand like Ferns n Petals is completely DISAPPOINTING and at the same time completely UNACCEPTABLE.
