I INFORMED CUSTOMER CARE WITING 2 MINS OF PLACING ORDER THAT ADDRESS WITH RESPECT TO BILLING AND SHIPPING ARE INTERCHANGED THRU PHONE AND THEN THRU MAIL AS REQUESTED BY USELESS LADY.

i FOLLOWED WITH HER AFTER EVERY HOUR AND SHE REPEATEDLY ASSURED ME THAT ADDRESS HAS BEEN CHANGED AS PER MY REQUEST.

HOWEVER AS MENTIONED MY ME AS USELESS LADY DIDNOT GAVE MY MESSAGE AND FLOWERS WERE DELEVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS.

THE STORY DOESNOT END HERE. WHEN I HAD WORD WITH THAT USELESS AND DUMP LADY, SHE JUST STARTING ABUSING ME AS IF I HAD DONE ONLY SOMETHING WRONG.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLZ LOOK INTO MATTER AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.

IT IS VERY BAD EXPERIANCE RATHER I WOULD SAY WORST EXPERIANCE IN MY LIFE HAVING TRADED WITH FLOWERPLAZA. OVER AND ABOVE YOU CUSTOMER CARE GIRL IS THE MOST BASTERED LADY HAVING NO SENSE TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND RESLOVING PROBLEMS. I THINK YOU GUYS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING FELLOW.

INSPITE OF INFOMING OVER THE PHONE AND THRU MAIL STILL ADDESS WAS NOT CHANGED, AND DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS. tHIS IS HEIGHT OF IRRESPONSIBILITY. YOU HAVE MADE US LOOK LIKE FOOLS.

ANY HOW AS THE GIFT WAS NOT GIVEN TO INTENDED PERSON I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
