Dear Sir,

Sub - Online recharge of BSNL Pre Paid Mobile: Failure of transaction / non refunding of amount

The transaction is failed. Please arrange for re-crediting the amount at the earliest. The amount of Rs 605.00 is already debited through my Canara Card. But I have not received the talk time credit to my BSNL cellphone. Please do needful at the earliest.
