Amount deducted from account but no recharge

Sir,

I had registered complaint against this company 4/4. They reply that this is unsuccessful transaction, you will get the refund in 7 working days. But this is not done by them. I recharged my no.:9026477700 on 03/04 at 20:49:25 through credit card.

Please help me.
