Amount deducted from account but no recharge

I had recharged my mobile no. on 9026477700 through credit card on 03/04 at 20:49:25 . I contact them but they were not giving any response. I know that amount is deducted from my account through a message came from my bank. My bank name is HDFC Bank, G.T.B. Nagar, Allahabad. they send me that amount of INR 60.00 debited to A/c xxxx2538towards POS 5264190143120193.
