Movie Vouchers yet not given

Hi,

Freecharge.in said that they will mail the movie vouchers once I refiil my cell with the amount. But its been 5 days already but no vouchers has reached me as yet.

This looks like another fraud.

I have already logged a complaint but everyday I get the same response that we will solve by tomorrow. This is highly unprofessional.
