Hi I am Sudipto Mondal (FREEDOM REWARDZ ID - 1022748811). I have booked a packet of sweet (Mava Boondi Roll) booking id 23906 on 18.10.2011 and supposed to be delivered on 24.10.2011. Till date I have not received my order. Atleast 20 times I called FREEDOM REWARDZ customer care but previously they used to tell that with in one month you will get your order. But after one month they told me that your shipment was cancelled due to non-availability of the product and your points will be refunded in your account within 48 hours. But till date points not refunded. Now each and every time when I called they used to tell sorry sir I personally look into the matter and it will be refunded within 48 hours. Now I am feeling helpless please help. My last complain no. is 012256754241144 dated 20.12.2011.
