Dear Sir,

I booked a ticket today via your website "goibibo.ibibo.com" and i filled journey date 01/07. and while after booking and money transffer i get a ticket for 01/08. And as this ticket was non refundable so it charge me 5000/- Rs for cancellation. This should not be the way a online system going with internal errors.
