I am a sify broadband user from Bangalore, I am experiencing very very poor service.
The connection is always slow, if i complain they will as you are in the unlimited plan it depends on the server usage that you are connected.
The response from the call center is very bad, firstly reaching to the executive is tough, even if i reach to the executive they will speak to me as if they are doing a favor.
Other thing is that if I have to recharge online it takes a hell lot of time.
Without my intimation my connection will be recharged
On the whole I will never suggest anybody to go for the Sify Service.
