Poor speed and service

I get a new broadband connection from GTPL broadband on 12.3.2011. From very first day I face a lots of problem like poor internet speed and connectivity. So i call to customer care service, hardly after trying a lots of time i successfully talk to them. They said that some drivers are deleted from your computer, so you can not able to access internet and call some computer technical person to repair your computer. But at that time my first internet service of SPIDIGO was not expired so I tried to open SPIDIGO and i easily access internet. Again I call to GTPL customer care and they assure me to do something as early as possible. But till today (19.3.2011) no one came to me to regarding my complaint. Now my connection of SPIDIGO is also expired and GTPL is not giving any response. I had connection with SPIDIGO and speed was 128 mbps from last one year and I had no single problem with them. I get connected with GTPL with speed of 256 mbps and then also I was not able to open such websites which was easily opened with low speed of SPIDIGO. Now I am worried that what I have to do and request GTPL to do needful as early as possible or give me full refund of my payment which I paid for giving me service of internet connection with speed of 256 mbps but they didn't give it to me from very first day.
