Poor quality service

Hai

I have never seen this type of poor service, its not broadband at all it is narrow band connection.

Against repeated complain & solving every third day speed became very low since 2 months.

whenever trying to connect the customer care no. most of time we hear all executives are busy with another line Nobody taking any interest to resolve the issue permanently, If the services is like so, what will be the future of this company???
