Respected Sir,

I am Juhi Roy, a student from ILS Law College, Pune. My hathway broadband internet connection with account number 566975 has not been working since 3rd December. On 6th December speaking with the customer care executive I was told that since I have not paid the Bill for the month of December my internet connection has been disconnected. I paid the Bill on the same day later in the evening. The receipt no. of the bill is 4644831.On repeated complaints to the customer care of Hathway Broadband Internet dated 7th and 8th December nothing has been done so far. On following up with the complaint on 8th Dec, I was told by the manager of the Hathway Office - Prabhat road, Pune Branch that my internet connection has some technical problem and they have filed a complaint regarding the same and that a technician would be sent within an hour to solve the problem. Due to this a lot of inconvenience is being faced by me as I have my submissions of research papers to be submitted in the college on 15th December and this fact was made known to the manager of the Hathway Office and he had assured me that my complaint would be dealt within an hour. I would humbly request you to look into my complaint and take the needed action.
