Hathway Broadband Internet connection
No connectivity Problem & No satisfied answers from customer-care

I Chirag Patel user of Hathway Broadband connection. I have a subscription with the Name of My Mother RITABEN M. PATEL . Paid fees in Oct with Unlimited COMBO Plan.

From Last One month (September) I am Having a "NO CONNECTIVITY" issue and Service are not available. In the month Of September I had APPORX 5 or 6 times Complain for the same Problem but still there is no Proper Solution for my Complain & Next time again the problem persists. My Maximum use of the Service is @ night time (after 8.00 PM) and after 8.00 PM I am facing this problem almost every 3rd or 4th Day In the Month of September & October (till date).

So please Do the need full as soon as possible.
