I availed the Hathway broadband service for 6 months and then submitted modem and cancellation request to Hathway office. On the same day, the Hathway person told us that you will get your deposit amount Rs. 600 after 45 days. So I approached them after 45 days then they said, your check will be deposited to your account in 3 days after taking my account details. One more time I approached them after 5 days as check still was not deposited. At this time they said it will get deposited after Diwali (after 10 days). Once again I approached them after 10 days, still the answer was same... it will be deposited after 2 days. Finally today I called them for the same thing... now the answer is ..it will be deposited 8 days...
