We have taken Hathway Internet connection for last three years in brothers name "Hemant J Dixit" my connection no is 446236 and earlier i have subsrcibed for 4 months and 4 GB down load free @ 1200 plus service tax, my usage was very limited every time after 4 months there was carried forward of unused downloads but during last one year they are showing excess usage and during one month only 4 GB shows utilised, in the month of April i have renewed for 4 months but within less then one month they showed 4 GB is utilised, i have complianed to them also but no proper answers given there is some thing fishy with the usage they are showing in April many days we were not at home due to vacation, still consumption is showing, then i have opted for 12 GB downloads for 4 moths @ Rs 1500 on 28.05.11 but to my surprise by two months they are telling me that full 12 GB is utilised, my neighbours also facing the same problem, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary steps against them, being a techincal matter we will not be able to prove non usage or less usage but as per our earlier consumption on an average we hardly have 40 to 50 MB usage per day and on some day we do not use the Internet.
