I HAD APPLIED FOR POST-PAID INTERNET CONNECTION WITH HATHWAY ON THE ASSURANCE THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT THE FIRST BILL WITHIN 2 DAYS. NOW IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS ANY I AM YET TO GET THE BILL. IN FACT THE AGENT HAS STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY CALLS & ALL CAMPLAINTS ARE ONLY REGISTERD IN SOME JUNK BOX FOR WHICH YOU DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. I HAVENT COME ACROSS A MORE COUSTOMER-UNFRIENDLY SERVICE IN THIS COMPETITIVE WORLD.
