Breach of product delivery days

Hi,

I would like to launch a complaint for Homeshop18, online website for shopping. I placed an order for a product on the website on 9th Oct and the website clearly mentions that this product is shipped in 7 working days. Today is end of 6th working day and still the product is not even shipped. It will take definately around 3 - 4 working days more for the delivery to happen.

This is a clear breach of the product delivery days. When contacted the helpline they said they cannot do anything about this.

Would sincerely request you to suggest.
