Subject: amount deducted from bank but tickets could not be booked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked 3 tickets for PVR Mahagun, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 11th October.

Here are the reference details:

CCA101008936-Avenues India Ltd/Reference # 1011130812/dated 11 Oct.

I had booked the tickets through HDFC Net Banking gateway. An amount of Rs. 345/- was deducted from my bank. It was confirmed that the tickets were not booked and the amount would be refunded to my bank, even on 3rd day I don’t see any credit in my bank.

Can you please look to this and expedite the process for the refund of the said amount?
