Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Murtaza Badshah from indore, i ordered a book item no 26225234 on homeshop18 order no 908444365 on 23rd Dec which i want to gift my friend on his birthday which is on 30 dec when i placed the order they mentioned delivery in 2-3 days so on safe side i placed the order on 23 Dec but today is 4 dec and book is not delivered yet, i don't know what type of policy this Homeshop18 guys followed and i also want to informed u that this is the third time when i face this type of problem, same type of problem i face in my previous order as well. I want to gift this book to my friend on his 23 birthday but this homeshop18 guys spoil all what i planned.
I just want to spread a message to all of u guys that don't trust Homeshop18 site for purchase any product if u want a delivery of product in urgent they commit to delivered a product in 2-3 days but today is a 12th day and product is not delivered yet.
Thanks homeshop18 for such a poor service.
