I am Kripa..from Kerala... i purchased a book from home shop 18 last week..the order number was 912067363 and when the product was delivered, i was so shocked..because it was the duplicate book..more better to say that it was the photocopied version of the original book..i paid Rs.1370/-..if it was for a photocopy, i could have taken it myself from my library spending just 100 bugs..i lost all the money for a xerox one..there was no need to buy this from home shop 18..they are actually cheating people by giving products which are not genuine..first time i did an online purchase and i got so disappointed..when tried calling the customer care, they said that they were not the concerned department and asked me to send a mail to a given id..i mailed and its been 4 days ..i got no reply from them other than a computer generated mail as an acknowledgement..they are acting so irresponsible..i placed one more order along with the first order..that is order no:912040267..i haven't received the product yet..they mailed me telling i would be getting it next week..if the fate of the first order was this way, i have no hopes that i would be getting the original book..please do something..help me!! i dont want to get cheated..neither i want others to get cheated from this site!! they particularly said that they sell new and genuine products and NOT old or used ..THEY ARE PLAYING FRAUD!
