Online order not delivered

Hi,

I had ordered the below things from their portal on 25th Feb:

1. Birthday cake, a bouquet and a fresh fruits basket

2. 2 Shoppers Stop gift vouchers worth Rs 5000 each

They have not yet delivered one Gift voucher worth Rs 5000.

I have sent mails to them but no replies.

Have been trying at the number given on the portal but nobody takes the call.

Also, please see the attachment which shows the state of the items that were delivered.
