I purchased a laptop (order no I30011201461) from www.indiaplaza.com Model: ASUS X series - X53SC-SX223D-1 for Rs 36999 which had a retail price of Rs 43499, thinking it to be some kind of promotion by them. After waiting for 8 days and following up with them every alternate day I got to understand that the price was mistakenly updated in the website and I need to pay the difference!
I promptly cancelled it.
I have read a lot of complaints in mouthshut etc regarding indiaplaza, but thought that they have improved or those were just some few unlucky consumers. But no, almost everyone seems to have one or the other issues.
Please dont buy anything from them however tempting the offer maybe.
