Have placed an order for flowers and cake to be delivered to my wife on the occasion of her bithday 10th... And to ensure you guys have sufficient time for preparation and which is yours, I placed the order on 3 days back... To my suprise nothing is delievered...
Today I received 2 missed calls at 730am and when I responded back to the call at 11... I was suprised hear they did not call as though I have dreamt about this number and gave. A call back... secondly the lady did not had information of my order... After doing some checks she said no order is placed with us and so u call up hyderabadgift.com... what a horrible, pathetic and unprofessional service...

.. Some unprofessional lady picked up the phone and she says so casually ur order will be delievered at 800pm... I thought what the hell is hapenning... I have mentioned while placing the order it shud have been at 1000am... She had no answers and disconnected my phone and I have trying to reach her with no responses from her... Had I known I am delaing with unprofessional company I wud not have placed my order...
Its for sure, I am going to approach consumer forrum... and also let me tell I will pass this horRible services in my circle and its spreads like fire through mails... Atleast others would be indulge and bang their herads on to this unreliable and pathetic services company...
Finally I received the good late in the evening with horrible quality.
There is confirmation or acknowlegement of from vendor on the same.
