The customer care number given by Airtel for broadband sucks - I have been calling their center atleast 3 times a week to deliver my bill and it has never happened in the last 8 months. Reason given address is not proper - when other bills like Tata Indicom, Credit Card, Bank Statements and my Railway tickets are delivered perfectly i find this curious. Got so tired of reasons and asked them to deliver a e bill and registered and gave my email address [email protected] no result only that email doesnt land for which i am asked to check my spam settings.
Do these guys really understand and talk with sense. They are prompt in sending a sms stating that due date is over and i need to pay a fine of Rs. 50 towards late payment but no bills generated and sent to me. Is this a new technique of generating revenue.
