Hello Sir

My self Krishna Mohan. I have on idea post paid connection regarding use internet with idea netsetter. My idea post paid connection no is 09540068071.

I have 98 rs (2 GB free) internet net plan on same no. My connection block on 19 nov due to unbilled amount. I am call to idea cusumer care but dnt get any solution. He told me the connection closed due to unbilled amount 5500rs.

i am socked how its is possible bcoz my connection activate on 19 oct.

plz confirm me what ia the actual possition for my connection. And when its is ready to internet.
