I am using Idea Netsetter Datacard. My number is 8958260756.

I have recharged my number by Rs. 299/- and have got the confirmation message of the same. But my card is not getting connected through the Netsetter software which comes with the datacard and there is no message also.

Since i am out of aligarh for the past few days and havee ben trying to call customer care, there is no response from the customer care executive. After trying a lot, i got to speak to one of the customer care executive from Andhra Customer Care center. This guy doesnt know that one need to call 12345 from idea number only. he is saying one can call 12345 from any number to reach idea customer care number. Also i have been trying very hard to speak to customer care from delhi/aligarh but everytime call is getting disconnnected.

This is the worst customer care i have ever been through.

Please look into this.
