Poor speed of netsetter at payyanur in kerala

I have a idea netsetter usb modem to avail the internet facility. It costs Rs 2000

for the device and Rs 695 for unlimited usage. But I am unlucky to get the returns

for my money. The downloading speed is very very slow.
