I have been using Idea connection from about 1year and I have faced the same kind of problem twice.
I have activated mobile internet in my mobile (9666199119) on 26th sep 2011.By mistake I have activated audio service in my mobile. It was my mistake. But on 27th evening (dont know the exact time) called your costumer service associate. The reply I got was that I have downloaded some stuff so Rs 5 was cut from my account and even said that we cannot deactivate the service because you have downloaded and if you dont download there be no problem. But I have not even connected internet in mobile that day till evening. So I have not used any nternet in the next day and checked my balance. My balance was cut by Rs5 even that day On 28th I spoke to one of your support team members. They said the service will be deactivated in 11 hours. The answer was the same answer when the same call was connected to the supervisor. Please check the recorded calls if necessary. But even on 29th (today) morning my account balance was cut by Rs5. From morning I have spoke to the executives on the number 198 but i did not receive any proper response till now. One of the associates even said I will have a call back from their supervisor, but even that has not happened till now. When I call them they say the supervisors are busy and asked me to call after 1hour. The answer was he same when I even called them after consecutive hours.
My actual problem is that because your executive have mislead me I have not decativated my service on 27th sep 2011. So I need a responce for this from you and you need to justify my loss of Rs15 from that day (27th) wwhich I could not use that balance when I actually need it.
I need a written answer for your senior manager as soon as possible else I would not hesitate to take a legal action on your company. Please do the needy as soon as possible.
