My idea cellular ph number is 7891185214.on 9th october at 12:47 am and 1:20 am i had sent 2 messages.despite that for the next messages done after those 2 messages 60p per sms was deducted.i have the scheme for 1 year that after 2 sms (for which 60 p each will be charged) no money is charged for next 48 sms.despite that for all the message i did on 9th october money has been deducted (60p per sms) which should have been free. Kindly look into the matter asap otherwise i have to file complaint in consumer court.kindly return my balance.
