Low Speed of Interent

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a data card named Net Setter from Idea Cellular in February by paying of Rs. - and choose Plan of Rs.699/- per month. Company committed the speed of internet 236 kbps.

After using the above product i found the speed is very-very slow.
