I had applied for Airtel Broadband Connection (Speed Dhamaka), Bangalore, Banashankari 3rd stage, and one Mr. Harish had come to collect the money and the details. They are very prompt to come and collect the money, but after they take the depsoit money they dnt even bother to call us and inform when they are going to give the connection. He told that the connection will be given within 3 days (we had applied on 4/11, the form number is TBLR 0048196) and then even after 3 weeks, the connection was not given. When i called the customer care, they told that there is no port available and hence the connection cannot be given, But this Mr. Harish who came to collect the money told that there is feasibility to given the connection very soon as the port is there already and hence took the deposit money and went. After we have been calling him almost daily, he had given us a wrong number (Intentionally I think) we kept trying and it was telling that this number does not exist, and when we called the office they kept telling that the connection will be given today within 6 in the evening so wait for us. I used to not go to my work and wait for them, and everytime I asked for Harish, they would tell that he is either out of station of take off from work or he has lost his cell Phone, and finally when they gave me his number and i contacted him, somebody else received the call and told that he is not available and I will give the message, . If they cant give the connection, at least they should not keep us in dark. These people whom Airtel have hired are all liars, they never speak the truth, and they give a very horrible service. They are all a bunch of losers and action has to be taken against them. Beacause of these kinda empolyees, the Airtel is getting a bad name, I am definitely not going to recommend any of my friends to take this horrible conenction.
