I have not subsribe any application but on 11.02.2012 a sms came that
" Ur subscription of NeedforSpeedTheRun will renew in 1 days. Rs. 50 will b charged fr renewal fr 30 days. To deact: wap.ideamall.in - My Store & Unsubscribe.
& then on 16.02.2012 a onother sms came
" Ur subscription of NeedforSpeedTheRun has been successfully renewed at Rs 50 for 30 days. To deact: wap.ideamall.in - My Store & Unsubscribe."
when aksed to custimer care on 16.02.2012 they we have not any update pls call after 24 hours, & now when a call them they said i have download some application on 16.02.2012 for that the main balance reduced.
i think after some days more amout will reduce for this, i am afraid to take balance so please help me,
