Poor service

My uncle had purchased me an idea netsetter USB port with no.8059899730 a few months ago. This time i.e 0n 24 july i had recharged it with 601 unlimited plan thinking of getting higher speed compared to that of my usual recharge of 103rs. But unfortunately it is dead slow it gives less than10 kbps when the organisation promises 236.8 kbps not full atleast 100 or 200kbps should be given

i need my 601 back or repair it now
