Hi.
I have purchased the IDEA Net Setter 3G connection around May 5th. My billing date is May 12th.
But on May 8th, my connection got barred and I was told to pay the bill of 800/- as this bill is above the credit amount allotted to me. I have informed them that I have practically not browsed at all!!!
I got the reply that "We can not do anything till the time bill is generated".
So I paid the bill and started using the connection.
I browsed 1/2 an hour to 2 hours everyday. No download aapart from 6 old hindi songs and 2 hours online movie. No video chatting apart from 25 minuts of skype chat.
The bill cale 11000/- and my connection got barred.
So I directly contacted the GPRS desk and asked them to assist me asap as I was working from home and HAD to have the net connection.
So they relaunched the GPRS and within 2 hours I got my connection. BUT ONLY TILL NEXT FEW HOURS when bill amount was 13000/-
Now I am not browsing at all and the bill amount is 15000/-
What is the use of customer care is you CAN NOT help till the time bill is generated, which is June 12th.! @#$$$
