I purchased Idea netsetter (number 919552543361) from AKSHITA tecommunications near Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, pune.
At time of of purchasing the same i paid full amount of the USB netsetter and submitted my mothers voting card and color photos and RASHAN CARD's zerox copies.
This whole procedure is done by Meenakshi mam.
After which Service started.
And again they stopped...
when i asked her about then she told me that re-validation member called at your home and it was not successful. But the reality was my mother spoke with re-validation caller and told him that yes my son is using this service and we'll pay your monthly bill too.
After that i was calling on every single day to Meenakshi mam and was telling her that please told them to call us again or send them at our home in order to re-validate the service;
But on each day she was lying with me like haa, they are coming on today in beetween 2pm-4pm at your home, dont worry..
6 to 7 days she was telling the same thing to me only the timing was changed, but noone came. After i called senior mam of the akshita telecommunication and told her that i am going to make complaint about you all, afterwards of on next day re-validation member called my father and told that he'll start the service in 2 hours and he started the service. Now I have to pay the monthly charges to the company evenif a wasnt able to access the service for a total week!!
Meenakshi mam told me that we'll negate these many days from the bill but for the same once again i have to waste atleat 10-15 days like again to call her again and again and the same picture will be there!!
I am not at all happy about the way in which MEENAKSHI mam interacts with customers.
I AM NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY "idea" ;;;;;BUT...
But I am having Problem with the way MEENAKSHI mam interacts with the idea customers and just ignores their problems.
Please if possible someone should take a strong action about her...
