I purchased a new connection of idea netsetter, it worked for 5 days and stopped working after that. Ithought that a recharge is needed and rechared promptly.
I am vexed with the responce of air tel customer support who answers irresponsibly. my complaint was not solved. it seems they are intrested in picking new connections, the after sale service is absolutely hopeless. I am waiting for my complaint since 15 days, i will be greatful for any help regarding this,
