We have purchased Idea Net Setter which has a speed of 238. kbps. But when i start the connection the statistics show a speed as low as 15kbps. even my mobile internet is faster than that. i am not able to download even 5mb qucikly as it takes more than 20mins. and more than that the people at idea changed our plan to 299 wen i had applied for 599. poor sservice.. highly unsatisfied...
