Above netsetter datacard was purchased from M/s R.L.Telecom, Hospital road, SIWAN (Bihar) by bill no.1453 dt.16.10.2009 by me. It was recharged for 3 months on 16.11.09.At the time of recharge repeat address proof was demanded by mr. Srivastwa
Which was handed over to him. On 16.02.2010 I asked for recharge of the datacard. I was informed by representative of M/s R.L.Telecom that the working of card is blocked by head office because of some deficiency in the documents.
Mr. Srivastava of M/s R.L.Telecom again demanded for one photograph with address proof and one form which was given to him on 22.02.2010 with rs.399.00 for recharge for one month..Uptil now data card is not recharged. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful. A strong punishment for the responsible person will be highly appreciated for the harassment of consumer and creation of bad image ofidea company.
