Worthless Very Low Speed not usefull at all

Dear Sir,

After Converting Idea 3g to 2g for Rs 399 prepaid recharge, they are giving only Modem speed as 236 KBPS and the download or browsing speed is from 5 KBPS to 30 KBPS. When Called to customer support, they ask to call 198, when called to 198 they say to call 12345. Harrasing.

Any webpage is opening after 10 minutes. Some times it requires again refresh the page to display the webpage properly.

It is worthless purchasing this product and paying Rs 399 for recharge.

Please solve this issue.
